When you register for an account, subscribe to our newsletter, or purchase generation credits on SwaraBharath, we collect the following categories of information:

• Account Identification: Your full name, email address, and encrypted password hash.
• Music Generation Inputs: Prompts, lyrics, situation descriptions, language choices, mood settings, and instrument selections submitted to our AI composer.
• Payment & Billing Records: UPI transaction reference IDs (UTR), transaction timestamps, credit pack amounts, and subscription statuses. We do not store your private UPI PIN or bank account passwords.
• Technical Telemetry: Anonymized browser type, IP address country/region, device screen resolution, and session performance to maintain cloud uptime.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process your information strictly for the following purposes:

• Synthesizing and rendering requested song vocals, instruments, and lyrics via our neural audio models.
• Delivering 10 free welcome credits to verified accounts and managing purchased credit balances.
• Reconciling UPI payments and automatically granting purchased credit packs.
• Streaming and storing your generated audio library in high-fidelity 48kHz WAV/MP3 formats.
• Sending critical transactional alerts, account security notices, and optional platform feature updates.

3. Ownership and Privacy of Prompts & Audio

Your prompts, original lyric compositions, and generated songs remain private to your account library unless you explicitly choose to share them publicly or publish them to the community showcase. We do not claim exclusive ownership over your original lyric inputs. For commercial rights, please refer to our Licensing Policy.

4. Data Storage & Third-Party Infrastructure

SwaraBharath relies on world-class, enterprise cloud infrastructure to guarantee 99.99% availability and data integrity:

• Cloudflare: Edge network routing, DDoS mitigation, and global SSL encryption.
• Neon PostgreSQL: Encrypted, branchable serverless database storage located in secure cloud regions.
• MuAPI / Suno Neural Compute: Distributed GPU clusters utilized solely for real-time audio diffusion and vocal synthesis.

5. Your Rights Under Indian DPDP Act 2023

You have full legal control over your personal data:

• Right to access and review your complete account history and generation logs.
• Right to request immediate correction or updating of your contact details.
• Right to account deletion ("Right to be Forgotten"): Upon email verification, we will permanently purge your account records and stored library from our database within 7 working days.
